  1. What information do I need to provide to sign up for a FIZIO account?

    First name, Last name, and a valid email address

  3. I never received a confirmation email after signing up for my FIZIO membership?

    Check your junk mail folder/filter to make sure that the confirmation email did not end up there.  If you are still having trouble with your account, send an email to info@fizio.com and we will help you activate your account. 

  4. My patient did not receive their video home exercise program (VHEP).

    Please inform your patients to check their junk mail folder/filter for the link to their program. Quite often these emails end up in a junk mail folder because the email is from a source that they have never received mail from before. 

  5. Will my information be shared with any other parties?

    Absolutely not

  6. Will my clients/patients information be shared with any other parties?

    No

  7. Can I really use FIZIO for FREE?

    Yes. Our basic membership is FREE. As long as you do not send more than five programs per month, you can use FIZIO for FREE.

  8. I have heard that FIZIO is FREE for students, is that true?

    Yes. After signing up for your FIZIO membership, go to EDIT MY PROFILE. There you can input where you go to school, and your date of graduation. We will make sure that your FIZIO membership lasts for as long as you are a student, and for up to 6 months after graduation.

  9. My clients are complaining that the videos are too slow during playback. What can I tell them?

    As with all streaming internet video, there are some occasional quirks and setbacks with video playback which usually coincides with the amount of web traffic at that particular moment in time. For the majority of the time, there should be no problems with this, but on the occasion that there is, we suggest pushing the pause button on your video player during playback. Give the video 20 to 30 seconds to load and try pressing play again. The video should play smoothly from this point forward.

  10. Some of my clients/patients do not have a computer, can I still utilize FIZIO?

    Yes. We have an option to print a hard copy. This option is available from both the health care provider's homepage and also your client's homepage. These printouts can also be used as a chart copy for documentation purposes.

  11. Is FIZIO in spanish?

    No. We currently do not have a spanish version of FIZIO but it is on our list of "things to do."

  12. Can my clients/patients send me a message using FIZIO?

    Yes. We have included a messaging system with your FIZIO membership that allows you and your client to send instant messages to each other.

  13. Do my clients/patients need to input any information to access their video home exercise program?

    No. When you hit SEND TO CLIENT, a unique url (web address) is created for that patient. A link is sent via email to your patient, when they click on that link they will be forwarded directly to their personalized video home exercise program. They can also access their program by going to and signing in under client login. Their login is their email address.

  14. Can multiple users use one FIZIO account?

    No. Users are encouraged to get their own accounts. FIZIO has taken steps to create a personalized experience for both the health care professional and their patients/clients. Your clients home page is designed so that it informs them of the name of the health care provider who sent them their home program. Their messaging system is also personalized so that they are informed that they are messaging directly with their health care provider. When professional users share an account, clients/patients may be confused and concerned to notice that they do not recognize the name of the person that has sent them their home exercise program.

  15. Can I add my own exercise videos to FIZIO?

    Yes. By using our video uploader, you can create and upload your own video content to the FIZIO database. For more information and/or to view tutorials on how to upload your own video, please visit the Learning Center

  16. What can I do if I cannot find an exercise that I need on the FIZIO database?

    There are two options. You can create and upload your own video. Or you can simply fill out an Exercise Request and we can do the rest of the work for you.

  17. If I decide to leave FIZIO, what will happen to the video content that I uploaded?

    You have two options. You can choose to leave your content on our database to be shared with all other FIZIO members. You can also choose to have your content deleted from our database by sending a written request to info@fizio.com

  18. How do I change my password?

    Simply click on EDIT MY PROFILE from your MYFIZIO home page. Here you can edit any of your profile information.
